Stephen Leslie Jellyman
Jellyman was convicted of sexual violation by digital penetration in regards to a 16 year old girl.
In the Wanganui High Court, Justice Warwick Gendall said when sentencing Jellyman that he had previously undergone the SAFE and Kia Marama programmes for sex offenders which had proven to be a failure. He said there was a "high risk" of Jellyman reoffending.

Previous convictions include when he was 16, he had been convicted of unlawful sexual connection with a male under the age of 12, involving oral sex performed by the appellant on a five year old. He was sentenced to supervision. When he was 19, he was convicted of unlawful sexual connection and indecent assault on a 49 year old intellectually handicapped woman, together with aggravated assault and injuring with intent. He had attacked the complainant in her home. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of five years for this offending.
