Mark Joseph Eru Te Au, 40, sickness beneficiary, was sentenced to 60 hours' community work and disqualified from driving for 10 months for driving carelessly and failing to stop after a non-injury accident, at Invercargill on February 27th 2008. Mark Eru Te Au, 44, was sentenced to one month's jail for breaching his community work on March 4th 2011.
