Beau Dean Stade
On the afternoon of Friday, 24 April 2015 Stade spent the afternoon socialising, consuming alcohol and smoking cannabis with men. The men drove to the address of the victims. Stade remained in the car as a lookout and getaway driver. At the address phones and cigarettes were demanded and stoled at gunpoint.
The Solicitor-General appealed against a sentence imposed on 15 July 2015 in the District Court of two years, six months’ imprisonment against the respondent Mr Beau Stade in respect of one charge of aggravated burglary. The appeal was successful with the original sentence being quashed and replace with a 4 years imprisonment sentence.
